Hi all,

How is recursive quick search supposed to work? Until today, I thought
that if you checked recursive in the list, typed in a subject, in the
message list you'd get all messages with that subject, regardless of
position in the tree.

But today that didn't work. Sometimes, the folder icon on subfolders
changed to a magnifying glass, sometimes not, but I found I had to go
to every magnifying glass signified subfolder to find matching emails,
which is a huge human intervention hassle.

Section 3.5 of
http://www.claws-mail.org/documentation.php?section=general says this
is how it's supposed to work. Is there any way to get all matching
messages in the tree to be in one message list?

Also, I understand a "search on IMAP server" is currently in CVS. When
will it be on an actual release version?

Thanks,

SteveT
