[Users] Claws Mail 3.9.0 and Avast

After installing Claws Mail 3.9.0 on Windows vista (32-bit), the Avast
anti-virus program detected it as suspicious and ran it in its
"sandbox" feature.

Until this is addressed, the only way to run Claws with Avast is to
go into the Avast AutoSandbox settings and set Claws Mail to be
excluded from automatic sandboxing.
