[Users] imap /smtp server problems

Hi,
I'm trying to move away from my ISPs version of gmail as on all mailing
list I subscribe to the copy of my first posting is blocked. So I never
see on the list what I send until someone answers.
I've signed up with simplymail solutions and its a MS exchange 2010
server, YUK !!
The imap server is imap.exchange.simplyms.com 993,
smpt.exchange.simplyms.com 587
watching the log file while fetching I see absolutely nothing, no
activity.
when trying to send I get:-
