U D Man Charles! I did just what you said and replaced the %q with %Q,
and now reply treats the dash dash space just like any other line,
which is exactly what I want. In a world where so many people top-post,
treating dash dash space like <delete from here down> removes all
context from way too many emails. I'm good enough with a mouse to remove
what's not relevant, so I'm ecstatic with having dash dash space do
nothing at all.
By the way, one other thing I love about Claws-Mail is it doesn't
automatically put that lame dash dash space before my sig like Kmail
used to. I always had to delete it before sending, because I want my
sig visible in replies, always assuming the person doing the replying
wants to keep it there.
