FWIW: I have a Gmail account with lots of folders, but my CM only scans
the Gmail Inbox for new mail. My main instance of CM does all the
filtering while checking the inbox, there are no filters in Gmail.
Disadvantage is, when I check mail on Google Mail, the new mail is not
filtered. That's not much of a problem though, because I know, CM will
do the filtering next time I run it.
Best,
Roman
