[Users] Two instances of Claws Mail?

You can't have 2 claws-mails running at the same time for the same
user.

However, it's not difficult to keep two accounts distinct. You didn't
say if the googlemail was pop or imap. If it's imap, just add the
account, it'll automatically have it's own mailbox. If it's pop, then
add a mailbox (/File/Add mailbox/MH...) and when creating the new
account, set it's options to use this new mailbox.
