[Users] automatic mail retrieval interval

I like to get mail at different intervals for different accounts
(e.g., get mail from mailing lists less often)
but it appears that CM either
gets mail for all accounts at the same interval
or requires manual retrieval

an optional interval per account would be useful
to override the default

it might also be useful to enable the trayicon plugin
to ignore new mail in specified accounts

or have I missed something?
