of course i know that filter and proc rules are different ones

lets pick one for now

I created a Proc.Rule with Tools=>Create=>by Sender From:

good?

If I understand your former responses, I should access this rule later to edit,
disable or delete by Config=>Pre-Processing

that is not the case, it is empty
