[Users] Notification plugin

I have Claws 3.7.6 installed on Debian (their package).  The
Notification plugin is displaying two notifications at the upper right
of the screen when there is new e-mail, sometimes both have different
text, other times they both display the same information.

Is this a bug that has been fixed in a subsequent release?  

(I know 3.7.6 will be replaced with the version currently being tested
with the next Debian release.)
