[Users] X-Mailer header information

In addition to Linux, I also have Claws Mail installed on two Windows
systems, one is 32-bit Vista, the other is 64-bit Windows 7.

The X-Mailer information for the Windows version references: 

Claws Mail 3.8.1 (GTK+ 2.16.6; i586-pc-mingw32msvc)

Would this be a bug, at least under 64-bit Windows?  The other e-mail
apps previously used (Windows Mail and Thunderbird) show the
architecture as WOW64 (Windows on Windows 64-bit) in their
User-Agent or X-Mailer headers.
