[Users] no Claws icon in Gnome 3 notification area

Hi all, 

I am currently trying Gnome 3, installed on a LinuxMint 12 OS. 
Even though the notification icon is activated in Claws, there is no
icon appearing in the systray. 

Did I miss something somewhere?
