add hidden preference to disable version number in window title

I do not like to see "Claws Mail 3.8.0" oder "Claws Mail 3.8.0cvs29" in the
window title... That is what the about dialog is good for. ;)

This patch adds a hidden preference to disable the version number in window
title.

Should we default to enable oder disable here?
