Not sure what happened to my e-mail of earlier today, it didn't make it
to the list for some reason...

Anyway, this problem has been resolved.  It was the printer driver.

When I changed it from the default 'hpijs' to 'CUPS+Gutenprint',
everything, including Claws Mail e-mails, printed perfectly.  :)
