Please run the filtering log and inspect its output. Your problem is probably
due to your (account-specific and non-account-specific) filtering rules.

The filtering is strong, so I'm going to close this as 'WORKSFORME' but if your
filtering log leads you to believe that there is a real bug here then please
re-open this report with more data.
