Would be great to have CM expand some (especially "From", "To" und "Subject")
message view columns on window resize. This would make it a lot more user
friendly when working on different screen resolutions, for example having a
notebooks built in display or external monitor.
However this should not apply to all columns as some have (more or less) fixed
width and do not benefit (status icons, date, size).
