make claws notification plugin notify on unread mail, rather than new mail

adding the patch with regard to my previous comment : make claws notification
plugin notify on unread mail, rather than new mail (aka \Recent IMAP flag).

A small drawback is that if you mark an email as unread after reading it, a
notification will pop up... for now, i can live with that.
