this IS surprising and should be changed to be 1 on default. no idea how any
dev with some experience in UID could come to the conclusion that disabling one
non-functional, space-eating scrollbar of 6 possible scrollbars with a
hidden(!) option is the way to go for most* users.

* based on my "random" sample with n=1 + some gut feeling that not many have
that many folders in their list ;) TBH i cant remember what the default layout
was (i am using "my" claws-mail for about 4 years), but that does not really
matter: i can't imagine any layout where this would make sense for the majority
of people.

was this ever evaluated - before or after pushing this change to all users? can
someone link to the discussion leading to this change? thanks
