[Users] putting sent messages in imap folder

That ticket is about "Offline mode".  You're not offline if you're
connecting to an IMAP account.

It looks like you don't have a Queue folder set up.  That's separate
from the Sent folder, but you can set it up in the same place (just
like Drafts and Trash), and you can probably have it on the IMAP as
well.
