[Users] Fancy plugin version incorrect?

Hi All ;)
When I downloaded the Fancy plugin (0.9.15) and compiled it I got an error
message about it being compiled against a newer version of claws-mail (3.8.0).
When I tried to load it the message appeared again.

Does some compile time switch need to be set?  The configure operation
completed without errors.

Any suggestions or comments?
