[Users] Claws and gnutls-3.0.18

Currently if building claws "--enable-gnutls" the build will fail if
using gnutls-3.0.18

There are numerous calls in src/common/ utils.h ssl.c
ssl_certificate.c ssl_certificate.h socket.c
which with 3.0.18 are deprecated.

A couple of examples
gnutls_x509_privkey
gnutls_datum
gnutls_x509_crt
gnutls_session
etc.

Have only taken a cursory look but will try to find time
Thurs or Fri and see if I can come up with something that will build 
with 3.0.18 And previous version; Fingers-Crossed, I'll then send
patches.
