[Users] folder vanishes !!!

Dear list,

A very vary strange issue !!!

I have created some folders. And also removed some emails to those folders.
After closing the CM; when I again opens the CM, the folders are no more
visible. Those are only appear if I do a "search for new folder"  or
"rebuild folder tree". Surprisingly next time when I again open CM, I have to do the
same to get back those folders. This happens to all the new folders I am creating now.

does any one have any clue about this strange issue ?
