[Users] configuring UI fonts

It appears one can configure a 'bold' font which is used both for the folder list (indicating folders with unread messages) and for the GTK message title (From, Subject - just under the quicksearch bar). Is there a way (maybe hacking the config) to configure these independently ?

I'm asking because there is a problem with either large (with huge fonts) and very small displays (like smartphones). The space used up by the message title is unnecessarily large, when configuring a font suitable for the folder list - that is, it could be much smaller here.
