[Users] Claws 3.7.10 not pulling in new messages

I'm on Debian wheezy (aka testing) with the xfce desktop, using claws-mail
3.7.10 and it's been working fine until this morning. It looks like it's
logging in to the server for the 2 email accounts, but it's not pulling in
any messages. I can check the email via a webmail interface, and indeed on
this account where I get mail list messages, there should have been at least a
dozen messages for claws to retrieve.

There haven't been any updates to claws for a few days, and I actually didn't
install any updates yesterday at all, but did install a few texlive packages.
I hadn't rebooted for 2-3 days, this morning was a new reboot. I have a
laptop with squeeze installed and it has claws 3.7.6 that I don't use often.
I just pulled it up and it retrieved the messages just fine, to make sure it
wasn't an issue with my ISP. I have it set to delete messages on the server
after 5 days. The network log in claws appears to show it's retrieving the
messages, but they're not in the folders.

I looked in the ~/Mail/ciamarie_in folder, and the only files in there with
today's date was .claws_mark and .mh_sequences, but .claws-cache had
yesterday's date.

I'm not sure where to start looking. I checked the usual log files, didn't
see anything odd there, I can advise what's been updated on the system in the
last couple of days if that would help. I'm also tempted to remove then
re-install claws, but thought I'd send a message first. Maybe it's something
simple. I don't recall changing any settings recently, but now that I think
about it, for a few days after the most recent claws update (about a week
ago?) -- it would show in offline mode and I'd have to tell it I was online
before retrieving messages. That seemed to have resolved itself, but it's not
pulling in messages. Ideas? Thanks.
