[Users] New Total Skin/ UI

This is going to really date me, but it's reminiscent of Pine or Elm.  If you do
a Google Image search of "Gmail terminal" the first few images will likely
display the theme.  Green ASCII text on a true black background.  With the
amount of time I spend in front of a monitor, I really try to kill as much white
space as possible (easier on an old man's eyes).
 
I like Kmail and most of the KDE suite.  I'm more familiar with shortcuts in
Claw, but I understand there's a lot of crossover.  This may be a question for
the larger KDE community.  Still I'm willing to work it for Claw if there is a
desire.
