[Users] Feature Request: Handle Yahoo! brain-dead email correctly when preparing a reply

Yahoo! email comes with a brain-dead paragraph separator. Claws
displays it correctly, but when preparing a reply misses it and
presents the email as one monster paragraph.
The separator should be "\n\n". What Yahoo! sends instead is "\n=20\n".
I find I can open the offending email in Emacs and replace those
paragraph separators with the correct separator. After that, Claws will
handle the reply correctly.
