[Users] Scheduled Availability for Extra-Plugins

Is there a scheduled release for v3.8.0 versions of the extra-plugins
set?  I am desperately in need of an HTML viewer that works as I belong
to several discussion groups that are bilingual HTML only (English,
Chinese, and Japanese) and the visible garbage is getting too thick to
enable posts to be read.  ClamAV is also broken until an upgrade is
available.
