[Users] 3.8.0 possible bug

I just installed/compiled 3.8.0 on Ubuntu Lucid 10.04.

The display of the message summaries:

* When I scroll down from the top, there's no horizontal line
* When I scroll up from the bottom, there's a horizontal line that
  appears between each message.

The "problem" doesn't exist in 3.7.10. This is a minor problem but...
