OK, I was missing the smime lib that is bundled separately.
Now, I can check signature _BUT_ :
- Checking the signature results in the following message :
Good signature (untrusted) from
1.2.840.113549.1.9.1=#796A6F4077697462652E6E6574
The "from" parth is really weird. Checking an email from Colin gives :
'Good signature (untrusted) from Colin Leroy <colin at colino.net>'
- Replying to such a message gives the following error when clicking Send:
Could not queue message for sending:
Signature failed: Secret key not found (End of file)
Is that still something broken on my machine ? Or should I transfer one of
these message privately to some dev. used to GPG/PGP for test ?
Best,
Paul
