Haven't seen that setting in a while; but that could be an "overload"...
I use the arrows occasionally to jump to the bottom message where there
are no unread messages. Any unread messages get marked as read if I
do it in that case.... So I need to find the mark as read delay and
change to 1 second before using arrows over unread messages... I would
actually like that in addition to the above back/forward feature request.
