[Translators] Clawsker 1.4.0 release

Hi all,

Changes in Clawsker, the hidden preferences editor for Claws Mail,
have accumulated enough for deserving a new release.

If not updated this time a couple of translations will be dropped
(pt_BR and pt_PT) as they would be now under the 90% level.

Timeline:

- String freeze: 2024-08-31 00:00 UTC (Saturday)
  Grab clawsker.pot after that time from:
  https://git.claws-mail.org/?p=clawsker.git;a=blob_plain;f=po/clawsker.pot

- Updates until: 2024-09-08 15:00 UTC (Sunday)
  Release will start after this time.

In case of doubt please check the translators README¹. If doubt remains
just ask on this list ;-)
