[Translators] schedule for next release

Hi Everyone,

The next release of Claws Mail will take place on:

Sunday February 23rd.

We all already in string-freeze mode, so you can begin your translation
updates, based on the gtk2 git code, right now.

Please submit your update by the end of February 22nd (GMT), and send them to
translations at thewildbeast.co.uk

Please let me know that you intend to send an update.

I have attached a copy of claws-mail.pot for those that need it.
