[Translators] schedule of next release

Hi

Paul, claws-mail.pot deleted and pt_PT.po included after rebuild.

Ricardo, python-gtk2-dev did the trick. My system is MX-17, Debian
based.

Claws now rebuild and ready for testing. Thank you for your help.
