[Translators] schedule of next release

Hi again,

After cloning from git and installing dependencies, a couple of questions.

  * Changed configure.ac ALL_LINGUAS to include pt_PT;
  * Changed po/Makefile POFILES to include pt_PT.po;
  * Changed po/Makefile GMOFILES to include pt_PT.gmo;
  * Changed po/Makefile UPDATEPOFILES to includept_PT.po-update;
  * Changed po/Makefile DUMMYPOFILES to include PT.nop.


Please advise:

 1. Any other files to change to add pt_PT?
 2. Exactly what package would this one be:
      * /configure: WARNING: "Plugin python will not be built; missing
        python "/
