[Translators] Next Clawsker release

Hi all,

There was not much of a plan for this, but latest events¹ require some major
changes to be made (switching from Perl-GT2 to Perl-GTK3), and, therefore, a
release. Will try to minimize changes, but it's already clear that some
translatable string changes will be unavoidable.

This time Clawsker release will happen _before_ Claws Mail, specifically:

String freeze: Sunday 25th November
Release:       Sunday 2nd December

On string freeze day the clawsker.pot will be made available.

Please send your updated translations before 15:00 UTC of Sunday 2nd
December directly to me.
