[Translators] Next Clawsker bugfix release

Hi all,

Some nasty bugs, mostly because of the Gtk3 migration, and a last minute
addition of a new hidden preference in Claws Mail make it necessary to
release Clawsker again.

Fortunately the string changes since last release are minimal, and should not
take more than 5 minutes to update your translation, testing included ;-)

The relevant dates are:

String freeze: right now!
Release:       Sunday 30th December

You can already download the updated clawsker.pot for the 1.3.1 release from:

Please send your updated translations before 15:00 UTC of Sunday 30th
December directly to me.
