[Translators] clawsker next release

Hi all,

Sorry for the late notice but, yes, there will be a new release of
Clawsker. This time, to avoid confusion, the dates will be exactly the
same as Claws Mail¹.

Therefore the updated pot file will be available tomorrow for those not
using git. Rules are more or less the same, in case of doubt check the
po/README file².
