[Translators] Japanese translation update

This might be possible for some (or most), but not for all. For
example, I had no way of knowing in October if I could do some
update work in December. Now I know I can (and I have work in
progress which I will send it to the night) but this is a
situation I only found in the last few days.

I would have also preferred to focus on core part of the strings (Claws
itself) and separately on each plugin, but unfortunately this seems not
possible. As for reusing strings between various components in order to
save work, this is one of the worst thing in translations (in general)
because same word or sentence used in several places that seems ok for
English is not always ok for other languages, grammatically speaking.
