[Translators] Howto build an NLS-claws-mail

Mojn,

I have been translating CM to Danish and want now to build a Danish
version of CM but have run into problems building CM. 

I am getting ./configure warnings about missing dependencies which I
believe I already have. So I need info on which steps to perform to get
a working Danish CM.

My system is a fully updated Fedora 23 and the translated CM version
is 3.13.2
