[Translators] claws-mail.desktop text fields (Russian language).

Desktop launcher strings should appear in POT file.
Are not Desktop Action entries subjected to translation too?

Hebrew strings:

GenericName[he]=לקוח דוא״ל
Comment[he]=לקוח דואר קל משקל ומהיר מבוסס +GTK

[Desktop Action GetMail]
Name[he]=השג דואר

[Desktop Action ComposeMail]
Name[he]=דוא״ל...

[Desktop Action SendFile]
Name[he]=שלח קובץ...
