[Translators] claws-mail.desktop text fields (Russian language).

Just noticed, that the claws-mail.desktop file don't have Russian
'GenericName' and 'Comment' fields.

GenericName[ru]=Почтовый клиент
Comment[ru]=Быстрый почтовый клиент на базе GTK+
