"Failed: no service record found." is an error message produced when
the user clicks the 'auto-configure' button, either in the initial
wizard or from account preferences, and no record is found.

The numbers you quoted are, I suppose, used by some software that you
use to help you with your translation. Outside of that software they
are meaningless.
