[Translators] schedule for next release of Claws Mail

Some notes from translation update:

+ There is a lot of new strings about icon cache - most of them has
  (missing) plurals and IMO, they need to be splited to separate strings
  (due plurals). The result translation of them can be strange or
  ugly...
+ The same for string "second(s)" - in our language (i am sure, that
  no inly in it) there is more than one plural form.
+ I see there inconsistence in Sieve naming, once it is as "Sieve" and
  once as "SIEVE" and in another place as "sieve", it is desired?

BTW: thanks for renaming SSL to TLS ;-)
