You probably first loaded vcalendar plugin when you had English
language set. That's when this folder was created, and stored in your
configuration. And since it is user data, Claws Mail does not translate
it retroactively.

You could test if your translation is being used by removing the whole
vcalendar <folder> section from ~/.claws-mail/folderlist.xml, and
starting Claws Mail, so it is created from scratch.
