[Translators] schedule of next release (3.11.0)

Hi Paul and others,

Consta no registro P07010 do Livro da Grande Teia que
Paul, em 07/09/14 escreveu o seguinte:

Well, just the week of Latinoware conference... But I just can't loose
a Claws Mail release.  :-)

Brazilian Portuguese will be there.
