[Translators] next Clawsker release

  Hi all,

  Due to changes in Claws Mail to be released soon a new version of
  Clawsker is required.

  There's no changes in strings, so if you've updated translation
  for the last release there's no need to do it again :)

  New translations or updates to the outdated ones are welcome though.

  Pot file is located at the usual place:
