The only metadata about windows a WM needs is which windows belong
together (window class/role strings, transiency), so that it can place
them correctly together. Claws Mail already sets this

Unfortunately, I do not have a WinXP box available for testing. It is
possible that some fixes are needed for that OS, and if it's something
simple, I am all for adding the fixes, but they need to be applied only
when running on WinXP.
