When MessageView is hidden the text widget is not layouted and
scrolling by GtkTextIter gives this error:

Gtk-CRITICAL **: IA__gtk_text_layout_get_iter_location: assertion
`GTK_IS_TEXT_LAYOUT (layout)' failed

So I`m using GtkTextMark which is more abstract and can be used in text
widgets not layouted yet, at least this what GTK+ doc says ;-)

This is purely cosmetic and shouldn't make any difference.
