[Users] GTK3 column headers look weird

DM: It seems to me like someone on this list had the same or a similar
problem within the last few years or so, but I don't remember if/how it
was resolved. If you're interested, you could try searching the message
archives and the bug / issue tracker to see if there's any helpful
