`claws-mail` cannot be built with that much archaic compilers which needed
`-no-cpp-precomp` flag. With newer ones it breaks the build:

gcc-mp-13: error: unrecognized command-line option '-no-cpp-precomp'
make[5]: *** [hooks.lo] Error 1
```
(On older MacOS versions one will still need to use a modern compiler; I am
building this on 10.6 on PowerPC myself.)
