[Users] Changing MIME / Content-Type Attachment Mapping

How can I change the Content-Type value that Claws Mail uses for an
attachment with a particular file extension?

I'm using Claws Mail 4.1 on Fedora 35.

I send out files with a certain extension that is getting associated with a
mime type that does not correctly reflect the true content of the file and
I would like to change it.

Is that something that I can change within Claws Mail or on the system or
where?
